Dear
Members and Friends of St. John in the Wilderness,
This
Sunday,
August
30,
we plan to celebrate outdoors
a live
and in person Eucharist
at 10 AM
in the glen behind the rectory adjacent to the park. You'll be
entering around either side of the rectory. There will be hand
sanitizing and bulletins to pick up.

Welcome
Fr. Walt as celebrant at both services.
Please
email me any new prayer requests for Prayers of the People (also any
removals).
Everyone
is asked to bring their own communion bread for safety reasons – as
only you will be touching it. There will be single communion hosts
in separate plastic cups - one per cup on a table untouched 4 days
prior to Sunday morning – for any who forget to bring or don't bring
bread.
People
are asked to bring lawn chairs, masks – and prayer books if you have
one to bring.
The plan is to continue this schedule for the remainder of the summer.
We plan to have on hand extra masks, extra chairs, and hand
sanitizer.
We are planning for social distancing, sanitizing and
general safety.
Please
email me any new prayer requests for Prayers of the People (also any
removals).

Blessings,
John+
