Hevreh (a world music ensemble)
The critically acclaimed chamber music group, Hevreh Ensemble will present a special outdoor concert at the bucolic setting of The Church of St. John in the Wilderness in Copake Falls, New York. During the Stewardship Drive we ask parishioners to make their monetary pledge for the coming year. The monies collected during the drive will fund the church budget.
Community Harvest Festival
Food and drink, live music, and a silent auction The historic Church of St. John In The Wilderness announces the 2022 Community Harvest Festival to be held Saturday, September 17, 5:00-7:30pm at its beautiful property in Copake Falls, NY. The event is open to the public and will feature food and drink, live music with Broadway Composer Jim Wann and Friends, and a silent auction. Stewardship Lunch
This luncheon is the halfway point of the Stewardship Pledge Campaign, when the parish comes together to both celebrate what’s been pledged-to-date and to encourage those who haven’t yet pledged. All parishioners and friends of St. John in the Wilderness are invited to attend. Those interested in attending are asked to contact Wendy Langlois at [email protected] stating the number of people in your party who will be attending and what pot-luck dish you’d like to bring. Alternatively, there is a sign up sheet in the entry of the church.
